Find them on X 1. Anyone can submit a proposal for anyone. It is up to the discretion of the council to determine it's merit. - I have submitted more proposals for other people than myself because not everyone is comfortable with sales. If a developer doesn't have that talent and needs a volunteer, then I will support them at my discretion based on the devs merit. -If the council does not support volunteers/randoms submitting proposals for businesses, then I will stop with a 3/5 majority council vote. Otherwise get to work and start reading :) 2. Council members MUST read the proposals individually before speaking on them publicly. - I read every proposal when I was a council member, I expect the same of you. You can't vote without reading it twice minimum(once on submission to understand, once before voting to see changes). ------------------------------------------------------------ BA EXIT TANGENT < My proposal The main part of the proposal is to cut block authority's block rewards from 25% to 0%(read the doc history), and wind down treasury(added this week). The Veto power of block authority is my #1 concern of the proposal, so I added that in as something to do away with if this proposal passes. Before that change, the only thing my proposal BA Exit targeted was moving the block rewards from 25% to 0%. I will meet with @boganmeister this week to get feedback. I think it is prudent to meet with both parties before voting. I fully expect BA to veto this if the council passes it. BA should formally present their strategy to handover treasury operations for the safety and the potential of a 20yr+ lifetime of the Voi Network.
