Even though we are adults now we still feel immense pressure every time we face a challenge or an unfamiliar environment. Often the pressure does not go away even after the challenge has been dealt with. This happens because this kind of pressure is rooted deeply in our subconscious and we have made a habit of thinking in this way. Unless we replace our brains with new ones, it will be difficult to eradicate this type of unprovoked pressure.
