Good afternoon, yesterday was a relaxing and easy going Sunday. I started my day by going for a run. I use SWEAT, Superwalk, and StepN to measure my running. Earlier this year I deleted all my Web2 health apps like Nike Rune and Strava and now all my running records are on the NEAR, Klaytn, and Solana blockchains. I then finished another book and wrote a summary of it on my other blog here.
