# Korzhiki

Korzhiki are a product made from yeast-free dough, similar to cookies. The recipe for shortbreads may be different, but all shortbreads are united by a thickness of approximately 1 cm and usually a round shape. But there are also shortcakes in the form of a strip or a small rectangle, and even made from yeast dough.
