It is with all things As it always was And always will be That there are two sides Not left and right Nor up and down There is my side And your side My experience And my life Your experience And your life We stand Back to back Facing out In opposite directions I can not see what you see You can not see what I see We know only What we tell each other What we have forgotten In this game Of sides And words Is that I can feel you And you can feel me I can take the palms of my hands And press them against yours And in that moment Though we look out At vastly different worlds Living our vastly different lives In that moment Words cease They fail As they were always meant to fail We were never meant To love Through words The robots can do that... We were meant To love Through Feel
