**Hrrkoin ( JOB DEX) is an open source community project with the goal of providing a decentralized, blockchain-based, open-source alternative to traditional centralized HR platforms. We believe in promoting collaboration, innovation, and transparency in software development, and our project is open for anyone to collaborate and contribute.** **Our project utilizes the power of blockchain technology to provide a more efficient, secure, and trustworthy method for HR and job exchange industries. We are building Linking Jobs, a job mining protocol that enables token holders to help unemployed people while earning cryptocurrency. Our aim is to revolutionize the job exchange industry and transform it into a modern Web3 job exchange by leveraging the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and utilizing a job mining protocol.**

#### We are also developing Web3 Resume, a decentralized protocol for attesting to professional qualifications and achievements on the blockchain. It allows users to create verified professional profiles and securely store their professional records on the blockchain, providing a more secure and trustworthy method for employers to verify candidates' professional qualifications.

**Additionally, we are working on a protocol called Linkcert, which leverages the power of decentralized blockchain technology for educational institutions and organizations to issue and manage digital credentials in a highly secure and tamper-proof manner. By utilizing advanced cryptographic techniques, Linkcert creates a public ledger that is immutable and resistant to unauthorized modification, enabling a highly secure system for credential management.**
