The contracts are deployed. The first RoughStone has been minted. Jade #0 has been cut and revealed. The system works end to end.

What JadeVault is

JadeVault is an on-chain material system. You mint a RoughStone, cut it to reveal what is inside, and forge the result into an Artifact. Every step is irreversible. Every outcome is deterministic. Nothing is wasted.

Three stages. One material logic.

Mint → Cut → Forge

A Standard RoughStone shows one hint before the cut. A Premium RoughStone shows two. The cut produces either Jade — with 9 canonical traits derived from the reveal — or a Remnant Stone, which is not a failure but a required ingredient for the Forge.

An Artifact inherits its material identity from the Jade and its form from a Blueprint. No two are alike.
