12月17日金色财经CEO安鑫鑫发内部信宣布卸任CEO一职，并表示金色财经业务已出售给新股东。未来金色财经将继续由现有团队运营，过渡期由原COO王瑜琨担任CEO一职，直到新股东任命新的CEO为止。以下为内部信全文。
