7月24日，在四川攀枝花市一农户家中，一条眼镜王蛇躲在鸡圈附近，结果“偷鸡不成”反被消防员擒获。该眼镜王蛇长达2.5米，重12斤。 据了解，眼镜王蛇毒性很强，攀枝花消防员已经多次擒获眼镜王蛇。7月25日，消防员将这只捕获的眼镜王蛇移交给林业部门处置。
