# PINT Network: Self-dilemma

So far, vision and some notion of structure has been laid out, but alongside known concerns. PINT Network being a mere spirit, is going through the same process of all spirits that seek some form of abode in governance. Other spirits are not even conceived, while some are not vocal of their thought processes, then they end up as non-guiding force inside a single Person. If you notice the obnoxious mention of spirit in these articles, and don't believe in such entity, you may reconcile as it being synonymous to essence of contemplation.

The PINT Network Spirit is so far omniscient to matters of the Network. This is problematic, for better understanding, think of it as pseudo-real norman Floki, with all his zeal, convincing and preparing a crew for sailing to prophetic lands, with a dozen people, after a lot of challenges, he arrives at the Island, it's a victory! Not quite, he keeps getting visions of prosperity, but it all goes downhill as he tries to cope with optimism and goes through the whole cycle of grief, mishaps happen, people fight, there's blood and all that not good stuff.

PINT Network hasn't started sailing yet, and it's the best time to establish a norm for near foreseeable future.

All things considered, The PINT Network Spirit, hereby declares its conciever, earlier recognized Patron#1, as its custodian and the sole orator and operator of all affairs of PINT Network, in their entirety. This grant may subsequently allow Patron#1 to construct initial governance and put the spirit inside it.

This may sound dramatic, rather gloomy, but it is what it is. Any other way, ends up badly, we all know visions starting out with promises of community ownership, and end up with power in the hands of "developers", who then eventually turn into whales. Also, its _unlikely_ PINT Network will produce its own speculative on-chain asset, however there are many creative sustainable ways to incentivize the network actors which will surely be employed.

**PINT Network is proceeding from ground zero, with a clear disclaimer on piloting though delegation to a human form, and it's NOT in obscurity of white papers or worse undisclosed.**
