Mirrored Reflections streets glow like they’re meant for two midnight waits ahead you keep showing up in every passing couple I keep pretending you’re beside me downtown glass catches a shape I almost call yours matching my pace no one notices me stop walking hands almost brushing even the countdown feels like it’s for someone else the pineapple countdown above, nothing below you would’ve laughed at the cold just me moving through reflections hoping one of them turns around
