二.将Sepolia测试网领到的ETH跨链到Blast Sepolia。

跨链方法有两种：

1：将 ETH Sepolia 的 Gas 转入 这个合约地址：0xc644cc19d2A9388b71dd1dEde07cFFC73237Dca8，预计在几分钟内即可到账（官方文档：[https://docs.blast.io/building/bridges/testnet](https://docs.blast.io/building/bridges/testnet) ）

2：跨链桥，小飞碟 从 ETH Sepolia 跨链 (有磨损、延迟高）[https://rinkeby.orbiter.finance/?source=Sepolia&dest=Blast Sepolia&token=ETH](https://rinkeby.orbiter.finance/?source=Sepolia&dest=Blast%20Sepolia&token=ETH) 个人建议用第一种，亲测小飞蝶有时候卡链到账很慢很慢。

三.开打：[https://blast.reth.cc/tokens/](https://blast.reth.cc/tokens/) (pow和pos两种，pow1张5blast积分，pos1张1blast积分）
