**\*\*Syndicate’s \*\*Introduction**

Syndicate’s first mainstream crypto-native social investing tool built on Syndicate Protocol. Syndicate’s Web3 Investment Clubs enable friends, angels, and web3 communities to launch and run internet-native investment clubs as DAOs.

**Funding:**

Syndicate has raised $20 million in a Series A round led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from over 150 leading founders, operators, creators, and investors.

**Potential Retrodrop:**

1.  The project has its own DAO, which functions in the alpha. As we all know, where there's a DAO, there's a token;
    
2.  The project has a fairly small userbase. For example, only about 8 thousand Collectives have been formed on the Polygon network and less than 1 thousand on Etherium. In addition, only about 25 thousand addresses have contributed to other clubs in the Polygon network.

**1.Creating our own investment clubs**

•  [Visit the website](https://app.syndicate.io/) and connect your wallet;

• Click on “Create an investment club”;

• Enter the name of the club in the first field and the token name in the second;

• Choose the token which we'll be depositing and the upper limit to the fundraising goal;

• Choose the lifetime of the club;

• Choose the max member count (up to 99);

• Choose the membership model (open or closed);

• Agree to the terms and sign the transaction in the wallet;

\*\* \*\*• Next, you can visit the page of your newly created club. If you see an error like in the screenshot below, you need to refresh the page;

• This is what your club page looks like. Now you can share link to donate to the club with your friends. You can also send money to your club using your own wallets. In the third step we'll discuss how to contribute to other clubs.

**2.Forming a Collective**

*   This stage available only on eth chain;
    

• [Visit the website](https://app.syndicate.io/) and click on “Form a Collective”;

• Choose the name of your Collective and the name of its token. You may also upload a profile picture and add a description;

• Set an NFT price, the mint limit per wallet and the condition for closing membership;

• Agree to the terms, click on the "Launch" button and sign the transaction in your wallet;

• Now anyone can buy your NFTs and become a member of your Collective;

**3.Depositing into a Member Club**

*   To make a deposit with a club you need a link to it. You can use your own club, like the one you created in Stage 1 and add money from a different wallet;
    

• Visit the club page, enter the amount you want to deposit, from 0.01 MATIC.

• Click "Continue" and sign the transaction in your wallet.
