Мое мнение, сейчас идет большая популярность на такие сервисы, а значит в дальнейшем наличие репутации в них будет значить бонусы для вас. Сейчас не так много адресов имею уровень выше 10, так что рекомендую быть в топе.

Если будет дроп, то уровень это один из критериев раздачи.
