Changes don't happen overnight.

Changes happen slowly. You don't even notice how they happen. But they do. Your environment makes the changes. Everything you interact with during a day slowly changes you without even you realizing that.

Things you regularly do compound over time and lead you to a certain outcome.

By default, your environment isn't set to change you for the better.
