《美丽的神话》由韩国音乐人崔浚荣创作，该曲设定由神话爱情电影《神话》的男女主角成龙和金喜善来演绎 [2] 。因为成龙会说韩语，所以该曲原本设计成龙和金喜善都演唱韩文。但是到韩国录音时，成龙没有办法把韩文唱好。因此，最终变成了一首中韩文的对唱作品 [3] 。
