# Many Layer1 Think

Many Layer1 try to aggregate more modules and functions by themselves, but Celestia does the opposite. It only handles a relatively limited number of modules (DA, etc.), and the rest are implemented by the upper-layer application/chain/Rollup, looking forward to seeing More discussion and research on this new paradigm.
