# Non-finance background

As someone coming from a non-finance background, I often struggle to understand DeFi concepts. Yes, it's not a surprise for me to be challenged by the gigabrain innovations some of these people bring about. The easiest way to overcome this is to have a piece of paper and start drawing stuff. I know it sounds silly but you've no idea how you can diagrammatically represent AMM models and even figure out their feasibility. Try it once and let me know
