ApeX 由 Davion Labs 孵化，是其孵化的一个项目。Davion Labs是聚焦区块链和加密货币领域的孵化器，专注于Web3领域。ApeXApeX 是一个去中心化、非托管、无需许可的永续衍生品协议，可以为任何代币对创建永续掉期合约。它允许任何用户在不涉及中介以及无需获得许可的情况下在以太坊区块链创建衍生品币对，同时用户会保持对其私钥的完全控制。此外，ApeX 还获得Dragonfly Capital Partners 、Miranda Ventures、Tiger Global、Jump Trading、Kronos、CyberX 和 M77 Ventures等诸多知名投资机构的关注与投资。

**二.准备工作：**

1）打开小狐狸钱包添加[arbitrum](https://chainlist.org/)网络，arbitrum网络是以太坊layer 2

输入搜索arbitrum并添加

2）给layer 2转ETH，可以直接从币安通过arbitrum one提过去，也可以用跨链桥从钱包跨，（切记提ETH，那边的gas费是烧ETH的，不过二层的费用很便宜的）
