# Coinbase：Coinbase Ventures 从未出售过投资的代币，短期内无抛售计划

1月23日消息，Coinbase今日在博客发布有关上币流程、员工交易、Coinbase Ventures投资等行为的法务披露。Coinbase表示，Coinbase Ventures 从未出售过其投资的代币，将来或有清算流动性的可能，但目前没有任何抛售计划。其投资部门独立于上币团队运作。 此外，Coinbase还表示代币上新由名为“Digital Asset Listing Group”的上币委员会决定，该小组组审查的大部分资产都由资产发行人通过资产中心门户提交，其中大部分提交评估的资产都被拒绝。
