2.前往[https://chainlist.org/zh，搜索](https://chainlist.org/zh%EF%BC%8C%E6%90%9C%E7%B4%A2) arbitrum，打开搜索框右侧的Testnets开关，将Arbitrum Rinkeby网络添加到钱包

3.前往Shell V2 Dapp [https://alpha-testnet.shellprotocol.io/trade,链接钱包，将网络切换到](https://alpha-testnet.shellprotocol.io/trade,%E9%93%BE%E6%8E%A5%E9%92%B1%E5%8C%85%EF%BC%8C%E5%B0%86%E7%BD%91%E7%BB%9C%E5%88%87%E6%8D%A2%E5%88%B0) Arbitrum Rinkeby

4.点击Faucet领取水龙头代币，三种都领了

5.点击Shell Points查看积分任务，通过持有一定数量的wrap代币和提供流动性可以赚取积分，满足数量要求还可以获得积分系数加成

6.点击Trade，将领取的测试币兑换要求数量的wrap代币，建议DAI兑换shDAI、USDC兑换shUSDC等等，方便操作

7.选择shLP token，点击Select LP token，选择相应的LP代币进行兑换
