Anchor Protocol 官方宣布提案 #29 已通过，除质押 USTC 以获得 aUST 之外，Anchor 上其余活动都将被冻结，以保护 Anchor 免受攻击。Anchor 计划存款功能永久保持开放以支持 Mirror 协议，但存款无利息。
