每笔交易的交易费都由发送方A支付，发送方A发起的交易总UTXO支付完交易费Fee后，分配给接收方地址。接收方地址里包含对手方地址B——交易对象地址 和 找零地址C——有些交易可能没有找零地址。没有找零地址分为两种 情况：1，send方全额转移，例如：钱包整理时更换新地址，全额提币到转交易所。
