Type Internship Department Strategy Work Mode Full time & Part time Onsite Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Analysis: Assist in analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance data to support strategic decision-making. 2. Project Support: Help in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency improvements. 4. Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate insights and support strategic initiatives. 5. Reporting: Prepare and present reports and presentations on strategic and operational metrics to stakeholders. 6. Collaboration: Work with various departments to gather information, support cross-functional projects, and ensure effective communication and coordination. Requirements: 1. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 2. Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 3. Language: Fluent in English and Chinese. 4. Attitude: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Availability: Able to work 3-5 days per week for a duration of at least 2 months.
