**Responsibilities:**  
1\. Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the cryptocurrency industry.  
2\. Documentation: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.  
3\. Compliance Support: Help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.  
4\. Case Analysis: Support the legal team in analyzing legal cases and preparing reports.  
5\. Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks within the legal department.

  
**Requirements:**  
1\. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.  
2\. Skills:  
• Strong research and analytical skills.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
• Basic understanding of legal principles and regulatory requirements.  
3\. Language: Fluent in English and Chinese.  
4\. Attitude: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.  
5\. Availability: Able to work 3-5 days per week for a duration of at least 2 months.
