**Responsibilities**:  
1\. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions and strategies.  
2\. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the cryptocurrency industry.  
3\. Business Reporting: Prepare and present business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders.  
4\. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.  
5\. Project Support: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business goals.  
6\. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to gather requirements and provide analytical support.

**Requirements:**  
1\. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.  
2\. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a business analyst role or similar position, preferably within the finance or cryptocurrency industry.  
3\. Skills:  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.  
4\. Language: Fluent in English and Chinese.  
5\. Attitude: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
