简单的介绍一下Sei：

Layer 1 公链  Sei Network 宣布继完成一轮估值为  8  亿美元的 3000 万美元融资后，其生态基金又完成 5000 万美元新一轮融资。加上今年 1 月份，加密货币交易所  MEXC  为 Sei 生态贡献的 2000 万美元专项基金，Sei Network 成为今年目前融资规模最大的 Layer 1 公链。
