# 手把手教你玩转Lens及生态（附教程） By [追风Lab](https://paragraph.com/@3344521) · 2022-07-14 --- Lens 协议是 Polygon Proof-of-Stake 区块链上的 Web3 前期参加二月份的都有个绑定的域名（这里查看是否有资格[领取](https://claim.lens.xyz/)），后面参加官方活动的有一个自定义域名。这里如果没有域名的可以去[Opensea](https://opensea.io/collection/lens-protocol-profiles)上购买个。
