# My web 3 experience

In the little time I've been using this new alternative, I've been able to appreciate how the community is increasingly participating in the decisions of the projects, making Web3 a more democratic, open and decentralized network. Also more transparent and secure, being built from blockchain. Identity and privacy will be linked to the user's digital wallets, which means that the possession of digital assets, such as NFTs, will be essential in this virtual world.
