# Manta Pacific Mainnet Alpha Launch

With a cumulative [4 million transactions across testnet activities and 200,000 wallet addresses](https://pacific-explorer.manta.network/) activated on Manta Pacific, we are humbled by the amount of community involvement and feedback in getting Manta Pacific to mainnet.

Apart from the amazing, global user community, Manta Pacific has also onboarded amazing partners to grow alongside, such as [Celer](https://celer.network/) and [Polyhedra](https://polyhedra.network/) for bridging, [iZUMi](https://izumi.finance/) and [DODO](https://dodoex.io/en) for DeFi, and [zkHoldem](https://zkholdem.xyz/) for on-chain gaming. In fact, over 251 were deployed on Manta Pacific testnet, from projects and developers worldwide. Now we are excited to take the next step with all of our community and partners. [Manta Pacific is officially launching its Mainnet Alpha](https://pacific-info.manta.network/).

Upon the completion of onboarding many of the exciting projects in the ecosystem, we will begin part 2 of Mainnet Alpha, which welcomes and encourages community members from all over the world to participate in some of our on-chain activities. This celebration will last over a month and give everyone plenty of opportunity to contribute to the ultimate success of Manta Pacific. Alongside our community, developers, and partners, we are confident to see Manta Pacific grow to become one of the largest ecosystems in Web3.

During Mainnet Alpha, Manta Pacific will leverage Ethereum for data availability (DA). Upon Celestia’s mainnet launch, Manta Pacific will shift to take advantage of modular DA through Celestia. More information about this shift along with other exciting news about Manta Pacific’s upcoming roadmap will be published soon.
