### 投资方面

1月11日，Citadel Securities宣布让股[5%](https://www.citadelsecurities.com/news/citadel-securities-announces-1-15-billion-investment-from-sequoia-and-paradigm/)至Sequoia 和Paradigm，以220亿美元估值，融资11.5亿美元。红杉合伙人Alfred Lin 加入 Citadel Securities 的董事会。要知道，作为世界领先的Market Maker，Citadel Securities至今没有进入Crypto市场。伴随Sequoia 和Paradigm的加入，所有S和P旗下投资的项目代币都可能交于Citadel Securities Market Making，整个市场竞争也会激烈起来。

同日， Citadel Securities的[欧洲CTO加入GSR](https://www.efinancialcareers.com/news/2022/01/citadel-cto-to-gsr)。GSR co-founder 和 president Richard Rosenblum 表示，不仅今年要2-3x扩展GSR的团队人数，并且开始准备[Market Making NFTs](https://www.theblockcrypto.com/news+/129924/gsr-co-founder-says-the-crypto-market-maker-will-enter-the-nft-space-this-year) 。NFT市场同样也没闲着，随着黑马LooksRare1月10日的横空出世，仅一天时间平台就[售出价值1.05亿美元的NFTs](https://www.coindesk.com/tech/2022/01/11/one-day-after-launch-opensea-competitor-looksrare-sells-over-100m-in-nfts/) （同日，OpenSea的日交易量为1.69亿美元）。1月12日，Crypto.com 宣布聘期E[X-ESPN JEFF ZELLER](https://financefeeds.com/crypto-com-hires-ex-espn-jeff-zeller-lead-nft-partnerships-ops/) 负责NFT 方面的合作和运营。

### 交易所方面

1月12日，Coinbase 宣布购买 FairX。加密交易所购买CFTC监管的传统衍生品交易所已经屡见不鲜：

至此，所有的美国小型衍生品交易所应该被全部收购。BGC的 CEO Howard Lutnick 表示将在[2022年夏天launch一个衍生品交易所](https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2021-08-05/howard-lutnick-takes-aim-at-cme-s-dominant-u-s-rates-exchange?sref=g2Hh2orO)，挑战CME。距离Small成立和被收购也不过5个月。我还是很期待Binance之后的动作。

### DeFi，Metaverse, Web3方面

1月13日，DeFi Alliance 宣布完成融资5千万美元的融资，并正式改名为 ‘[Alliance DAO](https://www.coindesk.com/business/2022/01/13/defi-alliance-becomes-alliance-dao-after-50m-raise-from-300-web-3-leaders/)’。 参与Alliance DAO的300人名单被公布在其官网，其中包括所有一线的传统Market Makers (Tower Research, Jump, HRT, Jane Street）和近年来出现的Crypto Market Makers （GSR, Wintermute, Alameda Research etc)。Coinbase 发布 [A simple guide to the Web3 stack](https://blog.coinbase.com/a-simple-guide-to-the-web3-stack-785240e557f0)， Lerer Hippeau发布 [The Metaverse: 101](https://mirror.xyz/themeaganloyst.eth/kUmuLvRKFs6CimhFGVmlP7kBHPKCswPra_U05Clwncw)，分别梳理了DeFi和Metaverse的现状和趋势。
