美国证券交易委员会再次否决了一个比特币现货ETF的提案，此次提案来自 WisdomTree。SEC 曾列出了七条理由：刷量交易巨鲸用户操纵币价比特币网络和交易网站遭黑客攻击比特币网络被恶意控制基于（包括虚假信息在内的）非公开信息进行的内幕交易由Tether之类的稳定币对于币价进行的操纵比特币交易平台对币价进行的欺诈和操纵
