# 俄罗斯加大力度施压谷歌和Meta，开出创纪录罚单

俄罗斯一家法院周五对谷歌和Meta分别处以72亿卢布和20亿卢布的罚款，原因是它们未能删除被禁内容。这是俄罗斯当局加大对外国科技公司的打击力度之际，对这两家公司开出的最大罚单。俄罗斯今年加强了与外国社交媒体和互联网公司的对抗，政府称这是一场维护其数字主权的运动。俄罗斯在几年前试图封禁跨平台即时通信软件Telegram失败后，在限制科技公司方面变得越来越大胆。根据2019年的一项法律，当局表示，如果需要，将允许俄罗斯完全切断自身与互联网的联系。
