Sam Altman：Hyperscale technology companies（拥有海量数据和极强网络效应的企业，虽然他们会开放一些算法，但是几乎没有公开数据。他们利用数据和极强的网络效应，逐渐提升了自己的垄断地位） AI：AI的优化本质上是取决于算法和喂给算法的数据物料。但是目前物料是割裂的，各个科技巨头的数据并不连通，AI也无法真正意义上在“无限”数据喂入的情况下进行训练 AI：driven by tools（OpenAI）、computer power（Nvidia and Intel） and training data（Blockchain） Open data layer for AIs to train on. 这样对于AI有什么好处： 1.AI训练的物料将更加开放和大幅度增加，所谓的buffet for AIs 2.基于开放数据的AI更容易平衡，更容易提出一些个体interest对于数据的训练方式的差异产生不同的结果 3.激励AIs的方式会变得更加透明
