# The AI Tools Behind My Human Story

*Yes, we can exist harmoniously*

Artificial intelligence seems to demand a side.

People either talk about it as the beginning of a better world or the end of the human one. It will free us from work or t will steal our work. It will expand human creativity. It will destroy creativity. It will give everyone access to knowledge. It will fill the world with things that mean nothing.

Love it or hate it. Use it or resist it.

Human or machine.

Coming from the spiritual world, I probably should have feared it.

I had spent years listening to people speak about intuition, energy, embodiment and the intelligence of the soul. The human was sacred and the body knew. Creativity emerged through connection to something deeper than the conscious mind.

The machine appeared to sit on the opposite side of all of it.

It had no body.

No ancestry.

No grief.

No memory of being held, abandoned, humiliated, desired or loved.

It had never stood inside a moment that changed the direction of its life. It had never felt an experience remain in its chest long after the event itself had ended.

How could something without _lived experience_ help me create work built entirely from mine?

That should have been the contradiction right there.

Instead, it became the experiment.

I did not approach artificial intelligence because I wanted it to replace my creativity. I approached it because my creativity had become larger than my ability to execute it alone.

Inside my mind were stories, characters, systems, colours, symbols, websites, moving images, voices and entire worlds. I could see relationships between ideas before I had the technical skill, time or resources to make those relationships visible.

The machine gave me somewhere to place them.

I could bring it a fragment of mythology and ask to see its physical form. I could describe the feeling of a character and begin testing its face. I could take language that existed only as an instinct and keep working it until the voice became clear.

Sometimes the machine understood the instruction.

Often, it misunderstood it completely.

That misunderstanding became part of the process.

Artificial intelligence could produce endless versions of an idea, but it could not tell me which version belonged to me. It could create something beautiful while missing the entire point. It could polish a sentence until every trace of the person who wrote it had disappeared.

I still had to recognise the signal.

The human remained responsible for the meaning.

Working with AI began to show me that the divide between human and machine was not as simple as I had been told. The machine did not have to replace intuition. It could give intuition something to respond to. It did not need to possess lived experience to help me express mine.

It became a surface against which I could see my own ideas more clearly.

The machine generated.

I selected.

_It interpreted._

I corrected.

_It offered possibility._

I decided what was true.

This was how I began constructing the visible world around the twelve ribs and their archetypes.

The structure itself came from my life. Each rib held an experience, a conflict and a point of convergence. Each archetype emerged from something I had survived, desired, destroyed, created or finally learned how to hold.

Artificial intelligence helped me move those internal structures into external form. I had already created the raw data from random drawings and channeled downloads.

Together, we worked across names, colours, faces, voices and language. We created character imagery, sigils, written prose, music, audio, videos, graphics and the website that connected the entire world online. But they came from me first.

The work was built through hundreds of decisions about what each archetype could and could not be.

* The First Flame needed to carry the instant a life changes direction.

* The Crown of Ruin needed to hold chaos without becoming random.

* The Bone Shaker needed to feel like transformation occurring through the structure itself.

* The Dark Luminaire had to carry darkness and light without turning either one into the enemy.

* The Masked Stranger needed to remain alluring while holding the knowledge that attraction can conceal deceit.

* The Temporal Architect needed to feel solid enough to build a life upon.

Each character required its own language, visual weight and emotional register. They belonged to the same mythology, but they could not become twelve versions of the same voice.

That distinction was something the machine had to be taught repeatedly.

So we refined them, over and over and over again.

I changed names when they failed to hold the idea. I rejected images that looked impressive but carried the wrong energy. I removed language that sounded manufactured. I returned to the original life experience whenever the character began drifting away from its source.

The process was less like issuing commands and more like developing a shared language.

I had to learn how to explain what I could already feel.

The machine had to return enough variation for me to recognise what had previously existed only inside my mind.

That relationship did not make the work less human.

It made my role within it more precise.

I was responsible for the source, the structure, the meaning and the final decision. The machine expanded the number of forms through which those things could be expressed.

Perhaps I was supposed to fear artificial intelligence because it did not have a soul.

But I was never asking it to supply one.

I brought the soul with me. I could not have brought them to life in the way that they are now. The words, the visuals, the sounds - all it perfectly aligning with the feeling I had inside my body, now available for the world to interpret on their own.

##### AI STACK

**Final Archetype Image Creation - Gemini/Flow (Nano Banana)**

**Video Movement - Gemini Flow (Omni)**

The original creations were from ChatGPT that I then took over to Grok to change into something more powerful. Then when Flow came out, I fully defined them and gave them movement.

As I had the words already of what these archetypes were, I knew inside my mind what they would look like. Sometimes I would give a vague idea to the prompt and see an assortment of images come up and I would just know which ones looked like they fully embodied the archetype I was trying to bring to life.

**Archetype Sigil Creation - Chat GPT Images**

I had already drawn these so I just needed a digital version of them so I could use across my media. I tried to upload them into Canva and turn them into something more polished, but it just looked terrible. I tried to learn how to create SVG images, but the learning curve was too steep for the end result.

Instead I gave the images to ChatGPT and it created the images for me. The colours I had already chosen and the images only needed to be polished.

**Archetype Prose/Verbiage - Chat GPT**

I already had spiel I had written for each of these archetypes, I knew what they wanted to say. I used ChatGPT to refine the wording to be more precise in tone and more uniform across all 12.

**Archetype Music Creation - Suno**

I then used the phrasing which ended up like a little poem each as the lyrics for a song. I gave Suno the words and told it the essence of the archetype and it created a song to go with it. Some were bang on at the first attempt, others were a miss and had to be redone over and over.

**Website Design for the Myth, Ribs and Archetypes - Various**

GoModern is my website builder that I use and originally each section was made by me manually, piece by piece. The artwork would be uploaded and I would type in all relative text, create buttons and flow etc.

The scrolling effect for the Myth was made by code by Grok.

Any embedded videos would be uploaded to YouTube as an unlisted video and added to my site.

Future upgrades and additional pages are coded by Claude.
