We have a relatively long conversation. He thinks I’m doing a good job on product design, but my domain knowledge can be improved. We are a DeFi project, but I don’t know enough of technical or financial stuff, which might make other colleagues in the meeting not worship me enough to respect my suggestions. Hello? I understand I’m not an expert, but before becoming a designer, I was a frontend developer, I might not know enough of blockchain technology like how exactly it works for merge or sharding, I do know the fundamental. I admit I didn’t study finance, but if you don’t respect someone’s suggestions just because of the position, wouldn’t you end up only respect the C level? I started to think it’s not because of that. In the meeting I gave some suggestions about our product roadmap, agreed on some of others’s idea and also disagreed on some. While I thought I’m being political neutral, maybe by accident I stepped on someone’s toes. There are a lot for me to learn.Diary InfoPrompt: 1 girl and 3 men having a meeting in the office, realisticDiary day: 7Depression level: 4Gut health level: 4Exercise level: 1https://opensea.io/assets/ethereum/0x495f947276749ce646f68ac8c248420045cb7b5e/19289043477987981042814920477202086135675567400894939442083619813347408478209/ ## Publication Information - [AD](https://paragraph.com/@ad-8/): Publication homepage - [All Posts](https://paragraph.com/@ad-8/): More posts from this publication - [RSS Feed](https://api.paragraph.com/blogs/rss/@ad-8): Subscribe to updates - [Twitter](https://twitter.com/Amy64063426): Follow on Twitter
