在写这篇文章时，好几天我都很焦虑，因为思维是一个看不见摸不着的概念，我担心自己不能很好地展现这门课本有的价值。 是的，我脑子里有很多「我不行」「我不可以」「我做不到」的声音。这个声音我很熟悉。 当我接手新的工作时，遇到新项目时，公开发言时……每当我有这种想法，我都会更加紧张，变得束手束脚，心想：看吧我果然不行。
