_some of them are serious, some of them are silly. all of them are valuable. not ordered in any special way. learned = relearned = sharpened = blah_

1. When you’re overthinking = write. When you’re anxious = walk. When you’re tired = sleep. When you’re sad = move

2. Having a different location to work from vs. live from is a game changer

3. The key to working through lulls is to keep moving. Get up, get out, go out. I like to end my day at the park

4. Someone finally/unironically called me “Sir/Ser” on CT, that was fun

5. How you do anything is how you do everything

6. Being busy isn’t a healthy response to “how are you” – cut it out of your vernacular

7. Your mindset should always come from a place of abundance, not from a place of competition

    1. “I’m in harmony with myself” > “I’m in competition with everybody”

8. The Non Violent Communication framework is the most important tool in your toolkit.

    1. Start with what you observe. Then move into how those observations make you feel. Then end with needs/asks. I’d recommend reading [this](https://www.amazon.com/Nonviolent-Communication-Language-Life-Changing-Relationships/dp/189200528X) to learn more

9. It’s not an apology if the word “but” is in it

10. It’s only embarrassing if you’re embarrassed 🤷‍♀️

11. Direction > Speed. Doesn’t matter if you’re moving slow or fast, if you’re moving in the wrong direction, you are fucked

12. If it costs you your peace, it’s too expensive

13. Every game is a game of social influence. And most hard ‘tests’ are an exercise in storytelling

14. No is a complete sentence

15. Always normalize the vocabulary and introduce more precision by asking questions. This also shows you’re listening + synthesizing information

16. The answer isn’t “are you right vs. wrong” – the answer is always something people are either going to react strongly or weakly to

17. Finding mentorship in crypto is really, really hard

18. Being respected ≠ social clout/twitter clout

19. Focus on what is actionable. Anything other than that is noise 🗣 some guiding questions:

    1. Can you simplify it?

    2. Can you build + sell it?
