# Exorde project token issue

Exorde token - EXD, based on the ERC-20 standard.

The total number of EXDs = 200,000,000.

Issuance and creation of tokens will take place in two stages:

1) Initial allocation of tokens.

2) Initial offering of the Bonding Curve.

During the initial distribution of EXD tokens, they will be created and distributed among investors, partners, founders, advisors, protocol rewards, community rewards program, liquidity pooling. The remaining tokens will be created using the Bonding Curve model.

The initial distribution will have the following structure:

\- Early Investors. Linear distribution within 48 months.

\- Development Fund. Linear distribution within 48 months.

\- Team Fund. Linear distribution within 48 months.

\- Consultants. Linear distribution within 24 months.

\- Community Rewards Program. Linear distribution within 6 months.

\- Ecosystem rewards. Linear distribution within 72 months.

\- Liquidity provision: funds set aside for initial liquidity loading.

This distribution model (Bonding curve) was chosen as the most stable and understandable for both investors and project management in order to balance the potential price of EXD token and go the way of smooth development.
