# Exorde token distribution

The initial distribution of tokens will have the following structure:

\- Early investors: tokens reserved for early investors.

Linear distribution within 48 months.

\- Development Fund: tokens reserved for Exorde Labs to develop the protocol and its products. Linear distribution within 48 months.

\- Team Fund: tokens reserved to incentivize Exorde Labs team members and founders for their contribution to the project. Linear distribution within 48 months.

\- Consultants: tokens reserved for consultants who support the project. Linear distribution within 24 months.

\- Community Rewards Program (Bounty Company): tokens reserved for community members who participate in community-organized data science tournaments and other campaigns to improve technology and ecosystem adoption. Linear distribution within 6 months.

\- Ecosystem Rewards: tokens reserved to reward community members who participate in Working Systems and the broader Exorde ecosystem. Linear unlock within 72 months.

\- Liquidity provisioning: funds reserved for initial liquidity loading (e.g., on decentralized exchanges).
