Working Systems are a set of decentralized virtual and anonymous "lobbies" in which participants (both users and "bots") will work together to achieve specific and clear goals.

The incentive for productive work is chosen to reward all of its participants in EXD after the completion and acknowledgment of the work required of them.

Participation in Working Systems is regulated in two ways:

\- Reputation (RP): when a participant contributes to the working systems, he receives a reward in EXD and RP (Reputation). Reputation is not exchangeable and indicates his level of work in the Exorde environment. Certain working systems, such as Moderation, are available only to participants with a very high RP level; they serve as a sign of reliability and loyalty to Exorde.

\- Placement of Bets: To prevent spamming and malicious activity by untrustworthy participants, everyone is required to pay an "entry fee" or wager into the working system. The bet is paid in U.S. dollars and is either fully refunded if the participant's entry is accepted, or reduced (partially or fully) if rejected.
