# Introducing Taker Rewards

Starting today we’re introducing a limited time program that rewards the top traders on Aevo. Additionally, traders stand to unlock a **bonus payout** if the exchange collectively reaches a notional volume target. 

This program will run from **9pm SGT May 22, 2023 and 9pm SGT June 5, 2023,** and only trades placed during this period will qualify. 

Top Takers
----------

Over the two week period, we will reward the top 5 traders with the highest taker volumes on Aevo with the following payouts:

#1: 2000 USDC #2: 1000 USDC #3: 1000 USDC #4: 500 USDC #5: 500 USDC 

Bonus Payout
------------

The following bonus payouts are paid out _pro rata_ to traders if the following targets are achieved within the two weeks: 

*   10k USDC paid out if 20m in notional volume is reached 
    
*   20k USDC paid out if 40m in notional volume is reached 
    
*     
    

_Only traders who trade at least ~10 contracts over this period will qualify._  

Traders will be able to gauge their taker volume rankings against other traders on the leaderboard from the week of 29th May 2023.
