1\. Follow **steps 1-6** of our _$USDT and $USDC Staking Guidance_

2\. Select the **Withdraw** tab, followed by clicking the network _dropdown_ to see the list of network chains.

3\. Select the EVM network: **BNB Chain** or **Polygon Chain**.

**BNB Chain** is required for swapping to **$BNB**, and **Polygon** is required for swapping to **$MATIC**.

4\. Select the staked asset you would like to withdraw: **$USDT** or **$USDC**.

5\. Select the asset you want to receive for withdrawal: **$BNB**, **$MATIC**, **$USDT**, or **$USDC**.

The option of **$BNB** or **$MATIC** will appear based on the network you choose. **$BNB** will appear when **BNB Chain** is selected, and **$MATIC** will appear when **Polygon** is selected.

6\. Enter the amount of tokens you want to _unstake_ and _withdraw_.

The amount of received token will be calculated automatically based the formula of _Total amount of swapped tokens - Slippage fee._

7\. Click on **Confirm**.

8\. A message box will appear to confirm the approval of the spending cap. Click **Approve**, and a _pop-up_ from your wallet will appear.

9\. **Approve** the spending cap on the _pop-up window_ of your wallet.

10\. A message box will appear to confirm the transaction requested. Click **Submit**, and a _pop-up_ from your wallet will appear.

11\. **Confirm** the transaction from the _pop-up window_ of your wallet.

12\. This message box will appear indicating that you have successfully unstaked your selected EVM asset! Congratulations!
