# Hello Mirror

This is my first post on Mirror. I got to know Mirror from a tweet by the editor in chief of my favorite Japanese crypto media. https://twitter.com/ysksdr/status/1446157985940578330 Yeah, how could I not use it as a technical writer / translator and hobby writer for long on Hive.blog on Hive blockchain (formerly Steem blockhain). Initially Metamask showed me extremely high gas fee when I tried to use Mirror 😱 That’s Ethereum …I was almost giving up to use Mirror and browsing around the website. After that, I tried one more time to create a signing key. This time only I was asked to make a signature. No gas fee. I wonder what was the difference. Anyway, I am here to write on and experience Mirror 😊
