# A very simple productivity system to improve your workflow

**Todoist🎯**

In a line- Simple yet functional even for complex projects.

You will pick the app the moment you will start using it. It’s that simple.

Let’s come to the hack now.

Go to your Todoist settings and then:

Google Keep✍
------------

It’s a free tool by Google and it will make your life a lot easier.

Use it for _Random thoughts_, \*ideas, observations \*and also _Eureka moments_.

But the thing is how to take notes quickly when doing some work.

There are two ways-

1.  Type **_note.new_** in your search bar and it will open a note-taking dialog box for you

2\. [Add the Keep extension](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-keep-chrome-extens/lpcaedmchfhocbbapmcbpinfpgnhiddi?hl=en) and then set a shortcut in your browser to access Google Keep. To setup the shortcut refer to the screenshots provided below.

Just set your tags and you are good to go now.

**Dashlane🔐**

There is a high probability that you might already be using a Password Manager. But, if you are not using one that I will recommend you to use one like Dashlane. There are other password managers as well like OnePassword, and all.

It will auto-create, auto-save your passwords and also auto-fill your passwords, personal details like addresses, card details, and all.
