通证经济设计的第一原则：有利于早期投资者，投资不限于直接的资金，应该包括所有机会成本，包括创始人的 Idea，早期团队的研发和推广，早期用户的使用和推广，捐赠和优惠等早期的资金资助。 通证经济设计的第二原则：有利于小型参与者。小型参与者包括小型资本（但可能参与的程度比较深）和小型用户（但可能投入的资金比较大），敌视散户和巨鲸都是不可取的。
