Since I am still a bit typing challenged (but thankfully much improved), today here are two links to posts worth reading.  The first is [Vinod Khosla](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinod_Khosla)’s “[The ‘Unhyped’ New Areas in Internet and Mobile](http://techcrunch.com/2012/02/19/unhyped-internet-and-mobile/).” While I may not agree with each of the twelve areas they all seem directionally interesting and Khosla does a great job distinguishing them from the more generic mobile and cloud which he characterizes as enabling technologies.  The second is [Jerry Colonna](https://twitter.com/#!/jerrycolonna)’s guest post over at AVC on “[The Crucible of Leadership](http://www.avc.com/a_vc/2012/02/the-management-team-guest-post-by-jerry-colonna.html).” Jerry reminds us that leadership starts with knowing ourselves.  And that crises are the perfect moments to know ourselves.  Jerry’s blog “[The Monster In Your Head](http://www.themonsterinyourhead.com/)” has a lot more of his terrific wrting.
