What are insecurities? Something one hides from other people. Why hide anything? Not to be judged by others. Why not? It might be hurtful. So? It causes pain. What causes pain? Another person’s words hitting an unexamined iceberg of thoughts and emotion. Is there any way out? Only if you are willing to dig deep.
