rugradio的这个mint的pass通证，在1月11号的时候需要燃烧掉pass+0.111eth+gas来换一个真正的创世NFT，凭创世NFT享有Dao member的权益和未来可能的空投权益，相当于以fairlaunch的形式让普通老百姓参与私募。 rugradio的cofounder是圈内赫赫有名的Farokh.eth，很多大V，如：doodle，Byac，punk都和他有交集。 这也是第一个广播类dao+nft+web3.0集合的项目
