Thank you for reading. We are all in need. Of something. And always. I'm finding over and over again that when I'm of service, and give of myself without expectations, without keeping dues, but with love, life itself becomes a generous giver. So I give thanks and welcome everyone to try this, in small doses at first, as much or as little as you can. And hopefully, you find as much joy in this practice as I have.
